The notorious businessman from Dnipropetrovsk, Leonid Dubinsky, has been released on bail in a case involving the embezzlement of 129 million UAH intended for the reconstruction of Dnipropetrovsk, reports "Vidomo," citing "Slovo i Delo".
"The High Anti-Corruption Court has received 60 million UAH in bail posted for the businessman, who was recently placed under preventive detention with the option of bail," said Olesya Chemeris, head of the communications department at VAKS.
At the same time, the following obligations have been imposed on Dubinsky: to refrain from leaving the locality where he resides without permission; to report any changes to his residence and/or workplace; to avoid contact with certain individuals; to surrender his passports for safekeeping; and to wear an electronic bracelet.
