АМКУ наложил штраф в размере 106 миллионов на две компании: основные причины.

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has fined LLC "Construction Management of Mechanization" (Vinnytsia) and LLC "Bridge Construction Team No. 112" (Brovar) a total of 106 million UAH for anti-competitive coordinated actions during bidding for the capital repair of bridges and roads.

According to the AMCU press service, the companies participated in 10 tenders between 2019 and 2021. These procurements, concerning the capital repair and reconstruction of overpasses, bridges, and roads, were conducted by the road services in Vinnytsia, Kirovohrad, Rivne, and Zhytomyr regions, as well as the state enterprise "Agency for Local Roads." The total value of the tenders exceeded 600 million UAH.

During the investigation, the AMCU determined that the companies coordinated their actions, which resulted in a lack of competition in the bidding process.

As a result of the violation of legislation, both companies have been fined 106 million UAH and are barred from participating in public procurements for a period of three years.

The owners of LLC "Construction Management of Mechanization" are Alina Yavorska and Vladyslav Fedko. Among the owners of LLC "Bridge Construction Team No. 112" are LLC "Metkon Plus" (70%) and Oleksandra Porozhniuk (30%). The ultimate beneficiaries are identified as Oleksandra Porozhniuk and Vyacheslav Babitsky.
