By what date must Ukrainians spend the "Zelensky thousand" in 2025?

Until the end of February, Ukraine continues the "Winter eSupport" program, under which citizens of the country can receive 1000 hryvnias. These funds can be spent until December 31, 2025.

Applications for assistance are accepted until February 28.

Among the options for using the funds are donations to the Armed Forces of Ukraine or the purchase of military bonds, as well as many other services that can be paid for with the "Zelensky's thousand."

Services that can be paid for include:

• utility payments;
• medical, veterinary, and legal services;
• education;
• sports;
• recreation;
• transport;
• mobile communication;
• insurance;
• entertainment and others.

Funds are credited to the "National Cashback" card. Citizens receiving payments through the post will be able to collect their thousand hryvnias at "Ukrposhta" branches. Those without an RNOCP code should contact one of the program's partner banks.

It was previously reported that actual consumer inflation in December 2024 exceeded the forecasts of the National Bank of Ukraine, and prices are expected to continue to rise.
