The United States has provided Ukraine with $1 billion, backed by the revenues from frozen Russian assets. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
"This is the first tranche of the planned $20 billion that the United States is prepared to allocate through the use of immobilized Russian assets as part of the G7 initiative," Shmyhal stated.
It is noteworthy that Ukraine is beginning to receive the first funds from the U.S. through frozen Russian assets.
