The Ministry of Defense allocated nearly 2 billion hryvnias for the purchase of drones.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has allocated 1.89 billion hryvnias to combat brigades for the purchase of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This information was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Of the funds allocated by the ministry:

• 55% of the total will be spent on Mavic drones, particularly those equipped with night vision;
• 18% will be directed towards the purchase of FPV kamikaze drones.

Significant funding has been specifically allocated for the acquisition of bomber drones, as well as the necessary spare parts for them.

"A clear advantage of this decision is that the brigades can independently procure what they need to accomplish combat tasks. The drones will be sent directly to the front," the Ministry of Defense states.
