The tax authorities revealed the amount declared by Ukrainian models on the OnlyFans platform.

The State Tax Service of Ukraine (STS) reported that citizens of Ukraine submitted 451 income declarations related to earnings from the OnlyFans platform.

According to the STS's response to a request from EP, the information regarding Ukrainians' earnings from the platform owned by the British company Fenix International Limited was received in three stages: on September 3 and 19, as well as on October 28, 2024. This data covers the period from 2020 to 2022.

At the same time, the tax authority declined to disclose the exact number of Ukrainians for whom data was received from British tax authorities, citing national security risks and potential violations of an intergovernmental agreement with the United Kingdom.

Based on the information received, the STS sent out 4,429 notifications to Ukrainians demanding tax payments. As a result, 451 individuals filed declarations, reporting 326.1 million UAH in income. Their tax liabilities amounted to 63.2 million UAH in personal income tax and military fees.

Additionally, the STS forwarded information about Ukrainians' earnings from OnlyFans to one of the law enforcement agencies, although it did not specify which one. This transfer was made based on a court decision.

Previously, EP reported that data on all Ukrainians earning income from OnlyFans had come into the possession of the Bureau of Economic Security (BEB). Following this, the agency began searches of models, referencing Article 301 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (which pertains to the production of pornography), even though it is not within its jurisdiction.

The publication also received a copy of a summons for questioning sent to one of the models. The official reason for the investigative actions was an investigation under Article 301 of the CC of Ukraine. The BEB later stated that the citizens summoned for questioning allegedly "misunderstood" the nature of the proceedings.

It was previously reported that actual consumer inflation in December 2024 exceeded the forecast of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), and prices are expected to continue rising.
