The Cabinet of Ministers has extended the deferments for reserved workers until March 31.
This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
"This will give enterprises time to confirm their status as critically important according to the updated criteria, as well as to re-reserve personnel," Shmyhal wrote on Telegram.
The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko, noted that the government is extending the transitional period for updating the status of critically important enterprises until March 31, while maintaining the current reservation decisions in effect.
"Due to the consequences of Russian cyberattacks at the beginning of the year, we provided businesses with additional time to submit documents for updating critical status and re-reserving employees," Svyrydenko explained.
Applications for the reservation of workers can only be submitted through the "Diia" portal. If an employee has already been reserved, the previous reservation must be canceled before submitting a new application.
The confirmed reservation will be displayed in the "Reserve+" application. If the reservation is made after the update of the critically important enterprise status, it will be valid for up to 1 year.
