In certain regions, emergency power outages have been implemented due to Russian shelling. This was reported by the press service of DTEK and NEC "Ukrenergo".

Specifically, according to DTEK, restrictions are being enforced in Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions. "Suspilne" reports that restrictions are also being applied in Kirovohrad, Poltava, and Sumy regions.
