"Marina Bezrukova has been the acting director of the Defense Procurement Agency since February 1, 2024. These powers have not been terminated and were extended by an additional agreement signed by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the DPA on January 23, 2024," the statement reads.
It is noted that in connection with this decision of the supervisory board, the necessary documents were submitted to the state registrar, and the data in the Unified State Register was updated to reflect the actual circumstances.

Recall:
On January 25, following the relevant decision of the Ministry of Defense, the director of the State Logistics Operator, Arsen Zhumadilov, became the head of the Defense Procurement Agency. The previous director, Marina Bezrukova, reported pressure and illegality of such a decision.
On January 29, Marina Bezrukova was reinstated as the head of the DPA by the decision of the agency's supervisory board.
