Businesses advocate for increased accountability for military registration offices and local military commissions regarding mobilization violations.

The business community advocates for the enhancement of legislation to prevent violations by authorized representatives of territorial recruitment and social support centers (TRC and SSP), as well as the chairpersons and members of military medical commissions (MMC).
Бизнес поддерживает ужесточение ответственности для ТЦК и ВЛК за нарушения в сфере мобилизации.

The press service of the European Business Association (EBA) reported this.

"Following the intensification of mobilization processes, as well as changes occurring in the booking process and the acquisition of critical status, there has been a significant number of cases where even employees of critically important enterprises who are booked are being attempted to be mobilized, and where the Military Medical Commission (VVK) operates rather formally, without providing the opportunity to gather all necessary documents to confirm health status," the EBA reports.

This leads to complications or even halts in the operations of companies, negatively impacting the economy and, consequently, budget revenues. Additionally, time and resources are spent proving the necessity of retaining highly qualified specialists in the economy.

On January 27, a bill No. 12442 was registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine introducing criminal liability for violations of legislation during mobilization.

"The Association welcomes such a legislative initiative. Following the increased responsibility of businesses for mobilization processes, this bill is a logical continuation of the reform of mobilization legislation, as the increase in responsibility should apply to all parties involved in the process," the EBA's statement said.

According to the business sector, the adoption of the bill could balance the system of public administration and create transparent and fair conditions for all parties, prevent corrupt abuses, and guarantee stable operations and predictability of production processes for businesses critical to the economy.
