Military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces drowned in the Dnipro while training on how to properly overcome water obstacles. This was reported by the partisan movement "Ateş".
"Russian servicemen drowned in the Kherson region," the message states.
The partisans clarified that a driver-mechanic and the commander of the vehicle drowned due to a technical malfunction of the armored personnel carrier during the water crossing training.
"They were likely preparing to cross the Dnipro River to the right bank of Kherson," noted "Ateş".
This incident occurred near the settlement of Khoryly in the Kherson region.
"Two contract soldiers from Novoarkhangelsk, who came to earn money, had served in the unit for just over a month. Attempts were made to cover up the situation, but an investigation is already underway. However, the soldiers doubt that any negligence on the part of the command will result in punishment," stated "Ateş".
They also urged Russian servicemen to fight against criminal commanders and to join the partisan movement to return home alive more quickly!
Recall that on January 30, "Ateş" reported on a new method of punishing soldiers that was devised in the Russian Armed Forces.
On January 28, partisans reported that Russian soldiers were breaking their legs and shooting themselves because they did not want to storm the islands of the Dnipro.
