Kravchenko vows to improve the issue with invoice blockages, reporting initial positive results.

Since the beginning of the year, the rate of blocked tax invoices has decreased to 0.5%. Nearly 5,700 business entities have been removed from the list of high-risk subjects.
Кравченко гарантирует улучшение ситуации с блокировкой накладных: уже достигнуты первые результаты.

The information was provided by the head of the State Tax Service, Ruslan Kravchenko.

"These are the initial results of the changes being implemented by the State Tax Service of Ukraine. We have received numerous complaints from businesses regarding unjustified blocking of invoices and being categorized as risky," the head of the Tax Service noted.

Kravchenko emphasized that the assessment of risk issues should be comprehensive. Therefore, commissions should make decisions only after a thorough evaluation of the taxpayer's activities.

"Another issue is excessive bureaucracy. It has reached absurd levels. Taxpayers are forced to submit hundreds of pages of documents to the commissions, complicating the review process. Often, these documents are completely unrelated to the actual operation or the activities of the enterprise. We will put an end to this," declared the head of the State Tax Service.

According to him, one reason for the blocking of invoices, particularly for enterprises that grow or produce their own products and service providers, is the lack of data tables. The highest number of unaccounted tables is found in Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Vinnytsia regions, and Kyiv.

"I instructed all territorial bodies to inform taxpayers by the end of the week about the necessity of submitting data tables," said the head of the Tax Service.

Kravchenko also tasked the heads of regional departments to organize consultation centers by the end of the week, where businesses can receive assistance regarding the blocking of invoices and removal from the risky list.

Each of these centers will have 5-10 specialists who will provide businesses with clarifications on:

  • the algorithms of the risk assessment monitoring system (SMKOR);
  • the submission of data tables;
  • the procedures for removal from the risky list and unblocking invoices.
