The Ministry of Economic Development has released a list of cars subject to the "luxury tax."

The Ministry of Economy has released a list of car models subject to transportation tax in 2025.

According to information on the agency's website, the list includes 352 car models from brands such as Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Hymer-Mercedes, Lamborghini, Ineos, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, Maserati, Mercedes-AMG, Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-Maybach, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, and Toyota.

Car owners are obligated to pay the tax if their vehicle is less than 5 years old, depending on the make and model.

Individuals must pay the tax within 60 days after receiving a notification. For legal entities, advance payments are required by the 30th of the month following the reporting quarter.

The transportation tax applies to both legal and physical entities. It is levied on cars valued at over 375 minimum wages (3 million UAH).
