From January 27 to January 31, the National Bank sold $582.35 million on the interbank market, which is $173.95 million less than the previous week. During the same week, the National Bank purchased $6.09 million, which is $6.04 million more than the week before.
On October 2, 2023, the National Bank announced the transition from a fixed exchange rate regime. Starting October 3, 2023, the official dollar exchange rate began to fluctuate for the first time since July 2022.
