OTP Bank will contribute 4.25 billion UAH in taxes to the budget for the year 2024.

The largest portion of this amount came from the Bank's profit tax, totaling 3.426 billion UAH. OTP BANK contributed 202.2 million UAH to the Deposit Guarantee Fund. The remainder of the total payments made by OTP BANK to the budget consists of VAT, local taxes, taxes on non-residents' income, unified social tax, personal income tax, and military levy.

In December 2024, OTP BANK was included in the List of taxpayers with a high level of voluntary compliance with tax legislation – the "White Business Club." This list was compiled and published by the State Tax Service in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on amendments to the Tax Code, adopted in April 2024.

"The fundamental principle of responsible business activity is to support the country's economy and meet budgetary needs by paying taxes. In today's reality, banking institutions are becoming some of the largest taxpayers in Ukraine, and we recognize our role and the importance of this mission," commented Vladimir Mudry, the chairman of OTP BANK.

OTP Leasing LLC, part of the OTP Group in Ukraine, paid a total of 247.2 million UAH in taxes and fees for the year 2024, of which profit tax amounted to 85.6 million UAH, while other taxes totaled 161.6 million UAH.

It is worth noting that throughout 2024, OTP BANK made charitable donations amounting to over 46 million UAH. Of this, more than 42 million UAH was directed to charitable foundations, including nearly 12 million UAH to the Superhumans Center, which provides prosthetics for Ukrainian heroes. An additional 4 million UAH was allocated within the OTP Bank Helps Ukraine program to assist orphans, large families, hospitals, and those affected by the war.
