In the morning at the train station in Dnipro, a conflict arose during a forceful mobilization. A man failed to present military registration documents for inspection to the TCC employees and inflicted a knife wound on a law enforcement officer, reported the local police.
According to preliminary information, the conflict between the 45-year-old man and the TCC representatives occurred because the man refused to provide his military registration documents for verification.
Subsequently, as police stated, the man pulled a knife from his pocket and injured a police officer from the Dnipro District Police Department No. 1. The officer was taken to the hospital, where he received medical assistance. The weapon used in the crime was confiscated by law enforcement.
An investigation is underway to determine whether to initiate criminal proceedings under Article 345 (threat or violence against a law enforcement officer) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Later, the police added that the 45-year-old man filed a complaint regarding bodily harm inflicted by a TCC employee. This incident has been recorded in the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations of Ukraine under Part 1 of Article 125 of the Criminal Code (intentional light bodily harm).
It is worth noting that during the conflict, the TCC employee grabbed a rifle and attempted to scare off civilians, primarily women.
As a reminder, in Odesa, a 31-year-old military unit commander was caught red-handed demanding bribes from subordinates—30% of payments for combat tasks. He justified his demands by stating the "needs of the unit, particularly for equipment repairs."
