A court seized an iPhone from a woman in Lviv for uploading photos to OnlyFans.

The Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Lviv sentenced a woman who posted 80 nude photographs on OnlyFans and confiscated her iPhone, the device used to upload these "pornographic" images. This information is detailed in the court's ruling.

The case materials indicate that the woman worked as a manager at a private company and began inviting users to subscribe to her OnlyFans account starting in March 2022. She made these invitations through Instagram.

"Acting intentionally and for selfish reasons, she registered on the social network Instagram and, while communicating with users of the Internet, offered access to the paid website OnlyFans, where she posted her previously created photographic images, which, according to the expert's conclusion, are classified as pornographic material," the court's ruling states.

For her actions, the court imposed a sentence of 3 years in prison, along with a prohibition on holding positions related to IT technologies or engaging in activities associated with the distribution of pornographic or intimate content on web resources for a period of 3 years.

It is also noted that an agreement was signed between the accused and the prosecutor regarding a guilty plea. The woman fully admitted her guilt.

As a result, the court released the woman from serving the main sentence and assigned her a probation period of one year.

Additionally, the judge decided to confiscate the mobile phone, a "iPhone 14," as material evidence in favor of the state, which the woman used to take the "pornographic" photos.

However, the convicted woman received her "MacBook" laptop back along with the previously confiscated bank cards.
