A conscript is granted 15 days to pay the fine issued by the territorial center for recruitment and social support. After this period, the TCK and SP will send a ruling for the mandatory collection of the fine to the enforcement service, and in this case, the fine amount will be doubled. This is explained by lawyer Daria Tarasenko.
The attorney noted that according to the requirements of Article 308 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, the following amounts are collected from the offender during the enforcement of the ruling regarding the fine for committing an administrative offense:
Daria Tarasenko provided an example. Specifically, if the fine was 17,000 hryvnias, failure to pay within 15 days from the date of the ruling will result in a mandatory collection of the fine amounting to 34,000 hryvnias.
"This is why it is crucial to either pay the fine or appeal it within 15 days from the moment you learn about being held administratively liable, especially if you believe the fine was issued unlawfully," added the lawyer.
Let us remind you that for violating military registration, a fine may be imposed, but it can only be applied within a specific timeframe. The legislation clearly regulates the period during which a person can be held accountable.
Additionally, we note that in the event of opening enforcement proceedings due to non-payment of the fine from the TCK, authorized persons may block the bank accounts of the conscript. To cover the debt, the property of the citizen may also be sold.
