Ukraine will receive $4.8 billion as part of the World Bank project "Support for Public Expenditure for Sustainable Public Governance in Ukraine" (PEACE). This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal on his X social media page.
The head of government emphasized that this contribution is of utmost importance, as it allows for the financing of key budgetary programs amid the war. He also expressed gratitude to the United States and development partners for the assistance provided, which ensures vital support for Ukraine.
