In the Industrial District of Dnipro, patrol officers stopped a driver of a VAZ vehicle for violating traffic regulations. The man presented his driver's license to the police, but they noticed signs of forgery on the document, as reported by "Vідомо" referencing the Patrol Police of Dnipropetrovsk region.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs' databases, another individual was registered under the provided license number. The patrol officers also discovered that the VAZ driver had already been stripped of his driving privileges for a year, and his license had been confiscated. However, the man did not obtain a new one from the Ministry of Internal Affairs service center but instead ordered one online.

During their interaction, the patrol officers observed signs of drug intoxication in the man. However, he refused to undergo a medical examination at the hospital. The inspectors prepared administrative materials against him under part 1 of article (Driving a vehicle by a person without the right to drive) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
