In the Dnipropetrovsk region, two brothers established a drug trafficking operation.

Law enforcement officers from the criminal police apprehended two brothers for drug trafficking in Dnipropetrovsk region. This was reported by "Vidomo," citing the National Police of Dnipropetrovsk region.

The offenders were two local residents aged 45 and 46.

The suspects sold narcotic substances to drug-dependent individuals at their home and also dispatched products to customers via a courier delivery service.

During searches at the brothers' residence, law enforcement seized packages and containers with cannabis, a device for drug use, and cash obtained from illegal activities.

It was also revealed that one of the suspects provided a space in his home for his "clients" to consume narcotic substances.

Based on the collected evidence, investigators have informed the two men of their suspicion under part 2 of Article 307 (illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation, shipment, or sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, or their analogs) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Additionally, one of the suspects was also informed of suspicion under part 1 of Article 317 (organization or maintenance of places for illegal use, production, or manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, or their analogs) and part 1 of Article 309 (illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation, or shipment of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, or their analogs without the intent to sell) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The pre-trial investigation is ongoing. They face up to 10 years behind bars.
