In the city of Kamenskoye, near the Dimitrov market, an unknown individual opened fire from the window of his apartment, aiming at a parked car. At that moment, a woman with a small child was nearby. This was reported by "Vidomo," referencing local social media.

According to a local resident, she and her child were strolling in this busy area when suddenly a gunshot was heard. The unknown shooter, located on one of the upper floors of a neighboring building, fired at the vehicle, puncturing its metal roof.

The woman noted that such actions pose a serious threat to the safety of citizens.

It is unclear what prompted the shooter to behave this way; it is crucial for law enforcement to pay attention to this incident and conduct an investigation before the situation repeats itself—after all, the weapon has not yet been confiscated from this reckless shooter, which means there are unfortunately no guarantees that this individual will not resort to using it again.
