According to "Ukrenergo," Dmitry Kaminny and Maxim Shargorodsky lost their lives.
Kaminny was 41 years old and had worked at "Ukrenergo" for 16 years. Since 2012, he had been a dispatcher at one of the substations where he died on November 17.
Shargorodsky was 44 years old. He had been working at the "Ukrenergo" substation since 2005 as an electrical technician and then as a dispatcher. From the beginning of the full-scale war until May 2023, he was mobilized. After returning, he continued to work as an electrical technician.
In the Ministry of Energy, it was added that Dmitry Kaminny and Maxim Shargorodsky worked at one of the "Ukrenergo" substations in the Odessa region, which was struck directly by enemy fire.
Prior to this, the Odessa regional prosecutor's office had stated that due to Russian shelling of the energy infrastructure in the region, two employees of the energy facility had died, and a pre-trial investigation has been initiated.
