Vandals continue to wreak havoc in Dnipro, damaging public spaces. This time, a garbage bin has been targeted.

It’s unclear what the pile of trash did to provoke the hooligans. However, one thing is evident: they put in effort to "uproot" the bin from the ground. Clumps of earth are even scattered around.
