In Ukraine, marriage registries have been restored, and improvements have been made to the mobilization deferment process.

The State Register system of the Ministry of Justice has reactivated the Civil Registration Office (DRACS), allowing for the registration of marriages, births, and other civil status acts once again.
В Украине восстановлены реестры браков, частично улучшена отсрочка от мобилизации.

This was reported by the Ministry of Justice.

On January 4, another registry - the Civil Registry Office (DRACS) - was restored after being affected by a large-scale Russian cyberattack. The departments for state registration of civil status acts have resumed the ability to enter information regarding births, marriages, divorces, name changes, and deaths.

"All documents that you received in paper form during the temporary shutdown of the registry are now being entered into the electronic system by our specialists. Your certificates remain valid, and their digital copies will soon appear in the registry," the Ministry of Justice reported.

They assured that on January 5, data exchange with other state agencies will be restored: the State Tax Service of Ukraine, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Additionally, on January 5, a number of online services available in the Diya app will also be operational.

It will again be possible to submit an application for deferral from mobilization for parents of three children under the age of 18.

Reminder:

Ukraine has experienced the most extensive cyberattack on state registries in recent times.

As a result of the attack carried out by Russian hackers, the operation of key systems of the Ministry of Justice was temporarily suspended.

The hackers claimed they destroyed all data they accessed, including backups on servers in Poland.

The largest cyberattack on Ukraine's state registries was prepared for several months, but the Security Service of Ukraine stated that they could not disclose details regarding its preparation.

The State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection does not confirm any data leak following the cyberattack from Russia.

The restoration of the Ministry of Justice registries that were targeted by the cyberattack, according to preliminary estimates by specialists, will take from one to two weeks.

In "Diya," the process of reserving employees has been restored following the massive cyberattack by the Russians.
