Great Novoselka has been occupied: Russian Armed Forces have taken control of the village in the Donetsk region, according to DeepState (map).

The Russian occupation forces have captured the village of Velyka Novosilka in the Volnovakha district of the Donetsk region. This was reported by analysts from DeepState.

"The enemy has occupied Velyka Novosilka," the report states.

Analysts have also updated the combat map. Velyka Novosilka is now in the red zone, indicating that control of this settlement has shifted to the occupiers.

Additionally, according to DeepState experts, the enemy has advanced near Pisky, Nadiivka, Andriivka, and Baranivka.

At the same time, the latest briefing from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not mention the occupation of Velyka Novosilka by the Russian Armed Forces. This settlement was not referenced at all.

Recall that on January 26, DeepState analysts reported that the Russian Armed Forces closed the "pocket" in Velyka Novosilka.

On January 24, DeepState analysts stated that the battle in Velyka Novosilka is nearing its conclusion, as the Russian Armed Forces have entered the center of the village.
