Therapist of the medical and social expert commission from the Vinnytsia region, Viktor Vlasюк, along with his retired wife, has acquired three Tesla cars and also owns 13 apartments. This was reported in an investigation by Oboz.ua.
Journalists analyzed the declarations of Viktor Vlasюк's family, revealing that the couple owns two Tesla Model S and one Tesla Model Y.
Additionally, the therapist and his wife possess 13 apartments.
"The most expensive of the apartments is officially registered in the name of Vlasюк's wife, retiree Oksana Blanar. It is a six-room apartment located in the center of the capital on Instytutska Street," the investigation states.
Reporters specified that the total area of the six-room apartment is 260 square meters, with the cost of one square meter in such a building being approximately $3,000 per square meter.
"An apartment of 260 square meters could be worth up to $780,000. And this is just one of the 13 apartments," the authors noted.
Furthermore, investigators discovered that Viktor Vlasюк is a full partner in the LLC "Sunny Farmers": he owns 37.5% of the company, which is engaged in electricity generation. Alongside him, the co-owner of this LLC is the head of the Vinnytsia MSEC, Yulia Danilenko — his superior.
Oksana Blanar, Viktor Vlasюк's retired wife, is officially employed at LLC "Sunny Farmers." According to journalists, last year she earned 541,000 UAH from the energy company, 83,000 UAH from LLC "Sunny Farmers," and an additional 840,000 UAH from entrepreneurial activities.
"Monthly, the doctor officially earned 16,700 UAH as an employee of the MSEC, and together with his wife, they received an additional 220,000 UAH monthly from the energy business. However, even a monthly income of 220,000 UAH (assuming they earned that officially for years) cannot explain the amount of elite real estate they own," the journalists concluded.
Recall that on October 11, "Telegraf" published an investigation revealing that to hold the position of chairman of the medical and social expert commission in Ukraine, one needs to pay at least $50,000, and if it concerns the capital, then twice as much.
On October 4, the GDBR exposed the head of the Khmelnytsky regional MSEC and her son, the head of the regional pension fund, for illegal enrichment.
