Direct quote: "We have a Minister of Defense who clearly understands that, God forbid, there will be any pauses in support for our army from anyone: from drones to air defense, there will not only be losses among the military, but also among civilians, children will suffer, there will be more strikes, and Russia will become stronger. He cannot afford any pauses in supply. He has a contract.

If he has institutional problems with this, with signing contracts, with supply, or, God forbid, we see a signal regarding a reduction in support for our Armed Forces. God forbid, if I receive any information that the packages of artillery weapons coming in are not being signed off by some institution within the Ministry of Defense's vertical... There cannot be any pauses in urgent decisions.

Therefore, the Minister of Defense has the right to do everything to ensure that there is no slowdown in supply. Today, all our money is in the Ministry of Defense. All our money is with our army. And if there is money there, but some supply has not arrived, then, frankly, he must do everything to prevent such problems from occurring again... And he is fulfilling this."
