A conflict involving intoxicated Polish tourists occurred at the ski resort in Dragobrat. The visiting vacationers threatened to take a Ukrainian to the military enlistment office, with footage of the incident surfacing on Telegram.
According to the video, the Polish men provoked the Ukrainian into a confrontation, threatening to send him to the TCK. Witnesses informed the inPoland portal that the altercation began after a verbal dispute and escalated into a scuffle. The group of Poles behaved quite aggressively and seemingly forgot about the ongoing war in Ukraine.
"Ukrainians were particularly outraged by the discussions about sending someone to the military enlistment office. Given the ongoing war, such threats are perceived as offensive and provocative," journalists noted.
The majority of social media users condemned the actions of the tourists and called on the police to investigate the incident. Users from Poland suggested that it was a "misunderstanding" due to alcohol consumption, urging not to escalate the interethnic conflict.
The local police are investigating the event, and all participants in the conflict have been interrogated.
Recall that in one of the schools in Kyiv, children were "playing at the TCK," during which a student put his friend in a chokehold and nearly broke his nose.
