On October 28, in the afternoon, a crew arrived to handle a traffic accident in the Samarsky district. The participants in the incident provided the inspectors with their documents. The police noticed signs of forgery on the driver's license of one of the drivers.
The man explained that he purchased it online because he was unable to pass the exams at the service center.
A forensic investigative group was summoned to the scene. The investigator is clarifying the details.
