On Monday, December 23, a hearing is taking place at the Babushkinsky District Court in Dnipro regarding the case of MP Mykola Tyshchenko and former special forces fighter Dmytro Mazokha. However, Tyshchenko did not attend – this is not the first time. The prosecutor explained that the MP's absence was due to health issues. This information was reported by "Vidomo" citing "Suspilne".
The prosecutor stated that at 4 AM on December 23, Tyshchenko sought medical attention at a healthcare facility in Kyiv, where he was preliminarily diagnosed with ischemic heart disease. This diagnosis was the reason for his absence in court.
It was also noted that another participant, former police officer Bohdan Pysarenko, along with his lawyer, requested the recusal of the court secretary. The prosecutor pointed out that this request aims to delay the judicial proceedings.
The prosecutor also requested to consider the motion for extending the preventive measure for Pysarenko. In Tyshchenko's case, such a motion cannot be considered due to his absence.
