Russian occupiers have struck again in the Dnipropetrovsk region, launching two guided aerial bombs. As a result of the attack, a building caught fire. This was reported by the head of one of the territorial communities in the Synelnykove district, Nikolai Gavrilov, as stated by "Vydomo".
The fire spread rapidly, engulfing a significant portion of the structure. At present, preliminary estimates indicate that the likelihood of fully restoring the building is extremely low, if not zero. Given the force of the explosion and the intensity of the fire, it is likely that a complete dismantling of the damaged structures will be necessary.
The enemy employs munitions to target the civilian population and inflict maximum damage on infrastructure and buildings, which constitutes a gross violation of the norms of international humanitarian law that prohibit attacks on civilians and civilian objects.
This latest act of terrorism by Russia merely underscores its cynical disregard for the lives and safety of the Ukrainian civilian population.
