In Dnipro, a man under the influence of drugs was seen smashing car windows with a hammer (PHOTO).

Yesterday, around 3:40 AM on Rabochaya Street in the Chechelevsky district of Dnipro, residents of one of the houses were alarmed by loud screams and the sound of breaking glass. This was reported by "Vidomo" referencing the Telegram channel "Dnipro Operational".

Law enforcement arrived promptly at the scene and discovered that a 51-year-old man, after using drugs, decided to go outside due to an imagined threat. He heard voices that, according to him, allegedly threatened to harm his ex-girlfriend.

In a state of panic, the man armed himself with a hammer and an iron rod and began striking the tires of parked cars. He damaged two vehicles – a Toyota and a Suzuki, and also broke a window in the entrance.

A forensic investigative team was working at the scene. The police are continuing to clarify all the circumstances of the incident.
